Only customers located in regions from which we do not accept orders through our normal channels need to request order approval via this form. We evaluate all requests on case-by-case basis and will contact you within 3 business days via email with a shipping quote and further instructions if your request is approved. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order. Note that you might not receive a response if we cannot accept your request.

Although we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote upon approval it will not be below the range of shipping prices listed on this page.
